Luxury Lodge Transfers
GCH Aviation has four commercial Helicopter bases around the central South Island and lower North Island. Our bases are Christchurch, Kaikoura, Wellington, and Greymouth.
As a member of the exclusive Virtuso Travel network we understand the requirements of the luxury travel market and are ideally situated to offer private charters, airport-to-lodge and lodge-to-lodge transfers throughout New Zealand.
Most of our luxury helicopters are EC130 6 passenger aircraft however we also offer a twin-engine BK 117 located in Wellington available for lodge transfer work across the country.
Hunting / Fishing Charters
For over 40+ years GCH Aviation has been flying people into the hills and rivers to experience the best hunting and fishing spots. Our pilots have the local knowledge to find the best hiking, biking, cycling, hunting, wildlife and wilderness spots. We can drop you off at the top of major hikes and cycleways on the Coast. 500 metres off the Paparoa Track, then the rest is downhill.
As with all outdoor pursuits, a local guide is recommended.
